Please note that scheduling a consultation does not guarantee acceptance of your project. After evaluating your garment, requested alterations, design complexity, and completion date, we may determine that we cannot accommodate the work.
 

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an appointment or project when necessary. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and, whenever possible, offer suitable alternatives.
 

A rush fee will be added to any garment with a wear date that is seven or fewer business days from the date the garment is dropped off. Acceptance of rush projects is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
